
I was hired at ZOS as a Principal Technical Designer. My history with MMORPGs and content creation pipelines made me a great candidate for the needs of the project. I became the feature owner for our Content Authoring team, helping guide our strategies for how to create compelling content in a multiplayer environment. I strove to balance flexibility, ease-of-use, and efficiency for building systemically reusable content, as well as bespoke experiences.
In addition to my feature ownership duties, I also managed two other technical designers. Helping guide and coach other designers is one of the most rewarding parts of my game design career. Either through direct management, mentorship, leading by example, or sharing my own cautionary tales, Iām always on the lookout for ways to help grow others around me.
